Transition

Now this is amazing subject.. Transition. It happens everyday, when we go into Hot weather outside from Air conditioned room, our body adjust to the temperature or when we are thrilled with the new job and suddenly we fall sick. In fact all the transition affects our emotion either positively or negatively. Example of a transition affecting positively is, for example you got frustrated in your job, you are earning far lesser than your most of the friends and rewards are almost Nil in current job despite you are putting too much of your hard work, suddenly you got a business proposal from a start up. Your life gets transition and you get impacted positively. How about negative, well most of us gets transition and we get impacted negatively, be it a lose of someone near or dear to us, loss of job after putting so many years into it and so forth.
But my take is why to get impacted, in fact how can we stay away from being impacted. How can we prepare our self from getting involved too much into in the outcomes of transition. Its a proactive act, always assume that things can only change, nothing is constant. And if they change we as human being is some or the other way gets involved into change and its when they start impacting or affecting us. Now the biggest challenge is how to stay aside of change and just watch them - and that too not helplessly. You have to get accommodated to change and yet don't get too much carried away with the change. Accept the fact first that change is inevitable and afterward take any change with positive approach.
Not necessarily you will succeed in the first thought, but assume . not only assume , guarantee that whatever the circumstances you are in, it will turn out to be positive. Not only positive but they will make you more tough. Remember that Darwin gave the theory of Species- Survival of the fittest, hence slightly change yourself on the positive note and you will see the result.
It may happen that you cannot see the result immediately but results must be on the way and transition is inevitable.
